Dio Favatas is Principal, Director - MarTech and AdTech Solutions at Tredence Inc., working on the MarTech and AdTech team. Dio joins us from Capgemini, where he focused on building out the AdTech, MarTech and Identity Solutions tower under the Customer First Practice, servicing sectors including CPG, Retail, Hospitality, Telco, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services.
Dio possesses 20+ years of experience as an industry recognized ideation leader in the digital space, firmly positioned at the crossroads of technology and communications. His expertise spans MarTech, AdTech, Identity and Data Management, Journey Orchestration, Paid Media (social, search, programmatic), Owned and Operated activation and measurement. At Capgemini, he co-led Capgemini’s selection as preferred Systems Integrator (SI) for AWS Clean Rooms and Amazon Marketing Cloud, as well as developing the organization to Platinum Tier status with Liveramp, Amperity and Twilio-Segment. He also strategized and architected identity resolution solutions (IDR), customer data platform (CDP) implementations, and custom clean rooms across numerous clients with deduplication rates as high as 83% and end-point match rates exceeding 94%.
In addition, over the past decade, Dio has architected and delivered custom identity tied back to MTA and MMM at Omnicom and MWW companies, Intelsat, truth campaign®, and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co (JPMC). At JPMC, he built and expanded multi-touch attribution within a leading credit card portfolio to realize advertising cost savings of $20+M annually (aggregate 15% cost reduction), while standing up rTag and rGraph, internal to external edintity mapped to Liveramp X-Ref for media activation, CDP, among others in his product portfolio. He was awarded AMA 4 under 40 and DMN 40 under 40 while at truth campaign® for conceptualizing and delivering the first end-to-end people-based activation platform built on top of custom ID Graph, RampID and UID 2.0 in 2019, and has been well ahead of the post-Cookie/MAID deprecation movement.
Dio lives and works in Wilmington, DE, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. He holds an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom, and a BS in International Business and Business Administration and a minor in Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology, in Rochester, NY. He is also an Alma Mater of Georgetown University, in Washington, DC, where he studied and is certified in Artificial Intelligence Management.
